My approach to therapy is person-centered and humanistic, addressing your issues as they arise and allowing our work together to proceed at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is a unique collaborative relationship and I am continually inspired by the healing power of this relationship. I hold the belief that healing occurs when a person feels truly heard and understood and that trust is the integral component needed in order for this healing to take place.

My work is informed by Attachment Theory, Experiential Play Therapy, Developmental Theory (Object Relations and Relational Psychology) and Family Systems Theory.
